Entry doors and door systems
Single doors, paired entries, sidelights, transoms, arched openings, glass panels, and coordinated frames built to fit the architecture around them.
Describe your project
Texas Handmade designs and builds one-of-a-kind solid-wood entry doors, interior doors, and complete door systems for homes and select commercial spaces. Each project begins with the opening, the architecture, and the way the door needs to live—not a stock catalog.

The work can begin with a drawing, an existing opening, an architectural reference, or an idea that still needs to be developed. Wood species, glass, carving, panel layout, joinery, finish, delivery, and installation planning are considered as part of the whole project.
Single doors, paired entries, sidelights, transoms, arched openings, glass panels, and coordinated frames built to fit the architecture around them.
Raised and recessed panels, plank construction, V-grooves, hand carving, textured surfaces, and details shaped for a particular home.
Clean-lined entries, broad glass openings, horizontal grain, reclaimed lumber, and solid wood selected for both character and long service.

Yes. The opening, proportions, surrounding glass, panel layout, material, and architectural setting can all guide the design. Photographs, drawings, measurements, and references are useful starting points.
They can be considered when they fit the project. The archive includes carved Spanish cedar and mesquite doors, reclaimed-black-walnut entries, hand-worked alder, plank doors, sidelights, transoms, and decorative glass.
Build-only, delivery, and delivery-and-installation arrangements are discussed project by project. The inquiry form asks about the project location and the level of logistical help needed.
Share the location, rough dimensions, design direction, timing, and what matters most about the finished entry. The first response begins by deciding whether the project is a good fit.
